Helping our clients improve their buildings is one of our fastest growing sectors, as more and more people look at property as a way of maximising their assets.
We continue to expand our team and broaden our supply chain to ensure our commitment to carrying out refurbishment works on all nature of buildings, including Armed Forces portfolios, factories, hospitals, local authority offices, retail outlets, schools, sporting stadiums and buildings of huge historical interest.
These can be aesthetic exterior and interior improvements or they may be significant alterations/upgrades to give the building a ‘change of use’ or make it Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant. We can also help with fire upgrading works and HTM specifications for hospitals and toilet refurbishments to educational buildings.
At William Gough & Sons Limited, we recognise refurbishment projects need much more than just building skills. They need extensive planning capabilities, the ability to work in LIVE environments and the skill to combine modern materials and techniques with more traditional construction methods.
It also needs the resource to offer a continual flow of labour in different trades, something we can easily meet with over 100 staff working for us at any one time.
