William Gough & Sons Ltd holds and securely stores information in hard copy as well as electronic format.

The data held has been obtained through business to business contact in order to undertake our projects.

The personal data we hold includes names, email addresses and phone numbers.

None of this data is sold or passed on unless used in the Tender/Construction process.

In the future we may occasionally contact you to enquire if you have any building projects coming up that we can tender for, or the chase on progress.

This is the only type of marketing you will receive from us.  If you do not wish to receive any marketing please send an email to admin@williamgough.co.uk instructing us to STOP and we will do so.  You can do this at any time in the future should you wish to change your preference.
