Refurbishment of existing Squash Courts and Phase 1 boarding accommodation. The project involved the refurbishment of the existing squash following the college receiving funds from a former pupils trust. The courts and toilets were fully refurbished and linked in with the existing sports hall.

In addition we formed 4 sets of 2 bedroom student flats as a flagship for future refurbishments to the college working to a robust  but high standard of finish.
